Mr I O has worked for his UK employer for  21 years. We recently transferred his final salary scheme to a QROPS after he was offered a Transfer Valuation of £423,000. He was able to access 40% of his fund to build his dream home as he is outside the HMRC reporting period.

Mrs J W had worked for the NHS for 29 years and was offered a Transfer Valuation of £157,000. She will take 40% of the fund to pay off her NZ mortgage when she is outside the HMRC 5 year reporting period. We will then reinvest the balance to her retirement age of 60.
